This eliminates the necessity for traditional security deposits or damage insurance, and provides stress-free protection for guests and owner in the event of an accident. Kings Crown Update: This condo is ready for rentals as all items & amenities INSIDE the unit have been restored and/or replaced. OUTSIDE construction & potential noise associated with work to the Kings Crown complex and surrounding units may be on-going through early-mid 2025. Certain building amenities such as the elevators, community pool, tennis/pickleball courts, complex landscaping, etc may not be ready and/or functioning properly for guest use. Pool and tennis court completion is estimated to be April/May 2025 timeframe without any guarantee. Updates will be provided when available.
