Location, Location Location!! Just upgraded July 2021! Dont miss this beautiful, bright and modern unit directly across from Ocean, located less than half a mile from the Famous Magic Sands beach and across the street from Banyans and Lymans popular surf spots. near the heart of Downtown Kona with easy access to all parts of the Big Island where there is much to explore!!

The complex is directly across from ocean, a pleasant walk along Ali'i Dr. to 2 popular beaches nearby (Magic Sands and Kahalu’u Beach Park). Major grocery stores are less than 2 miles away - KTA, Safeway. There is a small grocery/liquor store a few steps away - Banyan Market. The famous "Da Poke Shack" is walking distance for the very BEST Poke on the Islands! The condo is located halfway between North and South Kona. We are excited to host you! ALOHA!! Best mode of transportation on the island is a car. Directly in front of condo, there is also a bus stop which takes you around the island and a local trolley which will take you thru downtown and main shopping center areas. Uber is now available in Kona. I also can provide #'s for local friend and reliable taxi companies.
