This 2-bed, 2-bath, 2-car garage and plenty of outdoor, offers you the comfort of feeling at home, yet the adventure of your getaway vacation. Overlooking the blue waters of Lake Marlin, away from traffic and noise pollution, yet close to stores, golf clubs and main roads taking you within minutes to Manasota Key and Boca Grande Beaches

A welcoming, quiet, clean, upscale lakefront community, within minutes of stores, restaurants, fishing piers, beach life and entertainment. ALDI, (1.5 miles) and WAL-MART SUPERCENTER, (4 miles), on your way to Englewood Beach, (8 miles). The beaches have been restored from Last Year's Hurricanes. Boat rentals, Dolphin sighter rides, bars and and restaurants are open and ready for your enjoyment. Busy Gulf Cove, right across S. McCall Road, open to the public for golf pros. or amateurs.
