Nestled high above on a hill, the large rear patio provides exceptional viewing for wildlife in all seasons. The deck also includes furniture and a professional Weber gas grill with a gas line to the home. Huge picturesque windows face directly towards the resort, allowing for a very private setting. This mountain home is also situated close to the Arapaho National Forest as well as the famous Fraser/Granby trail system, which runs all the way from Winter Park to Grand Lake, providing first-class biking, hiking, and snowshoeing. The Winter Park area provides fantastic downhill skiing, snowboarding, tubing, fishing, hiking, golf, and miles of mountain bike and hiking trails, with several running right nearby. The resort village also has great events, restaurants, bars and shopping. The downtown Winter Park area is only a 2 minute drive away, with additional mountain restaurants, shopping, night life and various scheduled events and concerts in the Town's new Hideaway Park amphitheater area. The Town also includes the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, 2 gymnasiums and a children's playground.
