Located on the outskirts of Fraser and just a block from the river, this three-story townhome is sure to please guests no matter their age or interests. Guests are within walking distance of the Club Meadow Ridge amenities, including a heated outdoor pool and two large hot tubs, which are accessible year-round. The clubhouse includes an exercise room, a racquetball court, a tennis court during summer, and Ping-Pong. The living area is on the lower level, along with a private balcony-perfect for taking in the unparalleled and unobstructed views of the Fraser River and surrounding mountains. The living room features two comfortable areas; one with a cushy sofa with incredible vistas on the balcony and another with a sectional in front of a TV that has multiple streaming services. A foosball table and a wet bar with a mini-fridge round out your entertainment options. Upstairs, the kitchen will welcome you with modern, stainless steel appliances, including a French-door fridge, stove, oven with an exhaust hood, and dishwasher. The kitchen features all the utensils and gadgets you need to whip up restaurant-worthy meals and snacks you can enjoy at the adjacent dining table. The cozy bedrooms are great for retreating at the day’s end, including the quaint loft room with a privacy curtain, providing the ultimate comfort level for all. Additional amenities include complimentary WiFi and a private washer/dryer. THINGS TO KNOW One of the bedrooms featured is a loft with a privacy curtain rather than a door. The fireplace is non-operational.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
