Kick back in this calm, stylish space in hard-to-find DC area property. Spacious, open space with full kitchen, dining room, living room and laundry area. Work remotely? There’s a dedicated workspace and high speed internet. Like hikes? Rental is a close walk to several green hiking trails. Enjoy yoga? Use available yoga mat. Public transport is in front of the home. Close to several grocery stores, pharmacies, banks and restaurants. Rental has separate, private entrance with smart lock. There is strong WiFi with the router in the unit. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit. Please note: one wash and one dryer cycle is allowed per stay. Any additional usage you will be sent a payment link for the additional usage fee per cycle/machine.

Nestled near the border of Washington, D.C., it offers a mix of suburban charm and urban convenience. The city is famous for its tree-lined streets, historic homes, and strong emphasis on environmental sustainability. With a blend of cultures and a strong arts scene, Takoma Park is a welcoming and inclusive place that celebrates its unique character through local events, markets, and community initiatives. There are three bus routes to DC, Silver Spring downtown and other notable locations that can be accessed from the bus stop immediately in front of the home. The train is accessible and a 5-7 minute ride from the house. A two minute walk to many restaurants, farmers markets, grocery stores, wine and bourbon shops, dry cleaners, pharmacies, banks and even a healthy food co-op.
