Come and enjoy this rustic, completely renovated property completed in 2020. The indoor heated pool is open all year long long with two hot tubs and a sauna. Also, it is one of the only properties in town that has an indoor parking garage which is very nice during the winter season. There is a free shuttle that comes to the property twice an hour during ski season and drops you off to the ski resort free of charge. There is a fitness room with some weights and a treadmill. There is also a game room that has shuffleboard, pool and some video games. There is a laundry room that is coin operated on the first floor and has three washing machines and three dryers. The condo is within walking distance to the town of Winter Park where there are several restaurants and free concerts in the park during the summer months. The condo is also a short walk to Hideaway Park which has free tennis courts, a basketball court and grills for all to use. There is also a movie theater/bowling alley about a mile from the condo along with a recreation center that has a fun indoor swimming pool for kids and an indoor rock climbing wall and basketball court. There is a YMCA about 10 miles away.
I have owned my condo for 14 years and absolutely love Winter Park. I really enjoy hiking and skiing. It is a wonderful feeling to know that you helped a family create memories of a lifetime.
Guests truly love being in the town of Winter Park and being 5 miles away from the Winter Park ski resort and Mary Jane. Winter Park is also close to Rocky Mountain National Park which is wonderful to visit during the summer months. If you feel like taking a boat ride, you can drive about 30 minutes to Grand Lake and you will have a fantastic day boating, fishing or paddleboarding. Devil's Thumb is about 10 miles from Winter Park and they have a five star restaurant with horseback riding, hiking and lots of fun winter and summer activities. Snow Mountain Ranch has horseback riding, a craft center. canoeing, hiking, tennis courts, sledding, snow shoeing and archery. You truly will enjoy the outdoors when you are in Winter Park.
