This is an upscale neighborhood that is safe and beautiful. Located up on the side of the mountain, 3 miles to the closest beach, where the views of the ocean and sunsets are spectacular. Costco is our closest store just down the street but town is a quick 4 miles away with many choices for shopping and dining.
