The architectural design of the building is part Bauhaus, part International with a touch of Brutalist Revival. The interior design for the units is a blend of Japandi, Boho, and Modern Scandinavian styles. The Penthouse is a 600-square foot, one bedroom suite that occupies the entire second floor of the building. Its two private balconies (one extending from the dining area, the other from the bedroom) provide sweeping views of Downtown Cincinnati.

Hello, my name is Wyatt Baker. I am a Greater Cincinnati native, former expat, elder millennial, foodie, cinephile and veteran hospitality industry professional. I got my start in the hospitality industry working as a third shift doorman at The Tribeca Grand Hotel (now The Roxy) in lower Manhattan, NYC in the early 2000s (and boy do I have stories to tell haha). After getting my appetite wet for global hospitality, I traveled the world and spent time living and working in Huemoz, Switzerland; Barcelona, Spain; Buenos Aires, Argentina; and Louisville, Kentucky before coming back to the Greater Cincinnati region. I spent many years on the road, living out of suitcases, so I know exactly what it takes to feel at home away from home and I am passionate about helping others achieve this feeling.
