The beautiful villa with southern exposure offers an absolute feel-good atmosphere and joie de vivre with a view over a wide canal. The spacious newly designed pool area with the newly built whirlpool of the villa invites you to relax with typical Florida feeling. With the comfortable sun loungers and the large dining table, the ideal place to enjoy, whether brunch, cocktails or just to sunbathe. In the heated pool you can swim a round or two and relax in the newly built whirlpool. The villa is located in the immediate vicinity of shopping facilities and various restaurants. Within a few miles you can also reach various beaches. Cape Corel is always worth a trip and there are always new things to discover. The furnishing and equipment of the villa is modern and has been chosen with great attention to detail. The bright and beautiful room concept makes every guest's heart beat faster. The charm of the house has been retained despite modernization. One feels immediately at home. The open, modern kitchen directly adjoins the living area. The interior of the kitchen leaves nothing to be desired.
My husband and I are always happy to have guests in our house who want to experience the beautiful Florida and its people. When we first came to Florida, especially to Cape Coral, we spontaneously fell in love. The surroundings, the friendly people, you can always discover something new. Every day is different and most of all, the sun is shining most of the time, which makes you forget the daily routine. We have a nice property management on site, which is always there for our guests, at the ckeck in they like to give tips and what you can experience and discover. But also we always have an open ear for wishes or suggestions. There are always old hands and repeat offenders. Once Florida, always Florida.
In a few miles you can reach the small beach of Cape Coral with its cosy Boats House. A nice place to enjoy the sunset with a cocktail. Always very nice. A few miles further is the Fort Myers Beach with a long sandy beach, many restaurants and shopping facilities. But also in Fort Myers Downtown there is a lot to discover. The area of Edison and Ford with its museums is a nice day destination. But also different malls (Edison Mall, Sanibel Outlet or Miromar Outlet) are always waiting for bargain hunters.
