The owners of the house are university teachers, nice, helpful and pleasant hosts. They themselves serve the guests; no employees. The wife likes and is good at cooking. Every guest's remark is "Wonderful breakfast! excellent breakfast! Unforgettable breakfast!... The hosts are sociable, like talking with guests about cultures and customs. It is a good chance for anyone who wants to learn about Vietnamese culture. Guests can get good advice on what interesting places to visit, what food - specialities - to enjoy...

"It's so nice! It's so beautiful! ..." These are the guests' words when they saw the house. It's an old French-styled house, a kind of villa with a big sitting room, a large dinning room and kitchen. The house is old but the furniture is not old. Every room is spacious and bright and has some windows. There is a garden in front of the house. There are motorbikes and bicycles for rent; free space for guests' motorbikes. There is a place to smoke outside of the rooms.
