Park 12 Homestay is the ultimate cozy nest for professionals and globetrotters. Located in Times city Hanoi, one of the most luxurious apartment complex in Vietnam. Our homestay is a three-bedroom apartment in Park Hill Premium, the newest building in the complex. We offer guests on Booking: 01 Master bedroom with private bathroom and 180x200cm bed; 01 Double bedroom with shared bathroom and 160x200cm bed; 01 Double bedroom with shared bathroom and 140x190cm bed from one night up to half-yearly stay. We also provide a budget-friendly bunkbed options in dormitory room. Every guest will have their own room (or shared room in dormitory room) and share some common spaces with other guests, such as the living-room, kitchen, washing machine and the shared bathroom.
