This is a single story modern home, uncluttered and fully equipped with everything you may need. It has a built in invertor sysytem and solar so no electricity blackouts as well as unlimited high speed wifi. The property is fully enclosed and accessed via a remote controlled gate. Outside area There is a beautiful pool with pool cushions and lounges for those perfect sunny days. We also supply towels for the pool There is a patio with table and 8 seatings, including a gas braai and outside sink. Glass doors opening onto the patio from the living area and the kitchen. Living area There is a wide open living space including lounge and flat screen TV with netflix and fire place. With a 9 meter dining table with 10 seats, all opening onto the patio area. The Kitchen Consists of a full stocked with everything you may need including air fryer, coffee machine and microwave. There is also a scullery with a double door fridge and freezer as well as dishwasher and wash machine and all cleaning necessities as well as an iron and ironing board. Bedrooms There are 4 bedrooms that will sleep 8 guests. 1 x room with 2 single beds, with standing fan 1 x room with 2 3/4 beds, with ceiling fan 1 x room with Queen bed, with ceiling fan and TV with netflix 1 x room with a King size bed and on suite bathroom and walk in closet, with ceiling fan and flat screen Tv with Netflix All beds have new Egyptian cotton linen and towels for each room.
