This newly renovated apartment, if not being used as a holiday let, is then the home to myself and my wife Di. As a result there are a lot of homely touches that one would not find elsewhere. Being right on the beach front (direct private access to the beach) we have unobstructed panoramic views over Table Bay, Table mountain & Robben Island, not to mention the sunrises and sunsets. This self-catering unit has two bedrooms (Queen and 2 single beds) to sleep max 4 persons. There are two bathrooms, one en-suite with a bath, the other with a shower. There is a fully equipped open plan kitchen. From the large sea facing windows in the lounge and main bedroom there are magnificent views of Table Mountain . There is full channel TV in the lounge as well as free CAPPED Wi-Fi. Secure parking is available. The apartment block has a communal swimming pool and there is a restaurant on site. Dolphin Beach complex is manned by 24/7 security. You will love my place because of the views, the location, enjoying early morning coffee or evening sundowners on the balcony, whilst listening to the gentle sounds of the ocean and the bird life. The spectacular sunsets are awe inspiring.

I am a retiree and am very passionate about traveling. I therefore understand the self catering requirements of my guests. I previously ran a very successful holiday let facility before selling it, so I am well ready to offer you a top class holiday facility.

Being positioned directly on the Blouberg Beach front there are uninterrupted views of Table Mountain. The world famous Kite Beach, which is a hub of activity during the windy months with kite surfers from all over the world, is directly in front of Dolphin Beach. The international Red Bull King of the Air kite surfing competition is a short distance further up the beach .There are many restaurants, with the Blowfish on site, coffee shops and take away outlets, as well as kite surfing/surfing/supping outlets for lessons/equipment hire and sales in close proximity. There are a number of wine districts a mere distance away. Dolphin Beach is 800m from the MiCiTi (IRT) bus route, close to a number of major shopping malls, 17Km away from to the Waterfront and 25km to the airport.
