Very private and safe. Only 2 apartments on the property. 20A has 2 balconies and 20B has its own garden and braai. There are also 2 rooms with en suite bathrooms and a kitchen for the 2 bedrooms. Thus we can have a party of eight all at one place. There is also a swimming pool with beautiful mountain views. Each apartment is special in it's own way. I would always like to make your stay comfortable. We also have beach equipment to loan to guests so no need to bring your own cooler boxes etc.
Welcome to 20A and 20B apartments. There are 4 restaurants close by and a mountain with a 35minute walk across it with stunning views. Also another lovely walk round the reservoir and De Waal Park nearby. Then there is Spar where one can buy a fresh croissant each morning. Even the pool area has views of Table Mountain. I am always close by and ready to assist with your needs.
Guests like that they are so close to the shops and restaurants as well as The Waterfront. There is a lovely walk across the mountain from Deerpark. We also have Gardens Shopping Centre with lovely boutique shops.
