Fish hoek is a beautiful getaway with family or friends or even a romantic getaway. The views are amazing the little shops are beautiful theirs so many activities to do and living close to the beach is wonderful gorgeous sunrise and breath taking sunset walks on the beach

Super nice place in between the best spots of Kalk Bay,...
Super nice place in between the best spots of Kalk Bay, Simons Town and easy to go to Cape Town, Cape Point and other beaches. Fish Hoek is safe and the beach is lovely, with lots of locals during the weekend and nice tidal pools and snorkling spaces. Really nice ; )

The primary reason for going to Fish Hoek is the beach - the sand is hard to describe - so fine and clean. The water is lovely, clean and refreshing, with nice waves and we go down early to walk the beach and swim/boogie-board every day. It is a great beach for children and attracts families.
The town high street looks a little scruffy and tired, but there are little gems - coffee shops and breakfast cafes.
On one side lies Kalk Bay - a fabulous coastal village of interesting shops and restaurants, and on the other, Simons Town a and the Bolders Beach where there is a large colony of Penguins.

What I liked most is the on suite toilet the tranquility of the place, the neatness and the comfortable bed.
What I did not like was the fact that there was very little space for our food and drinks., maybe just to invest a small freezer or get another fridge., but otherwise place is awesome.

Fish Hoek is quite a busy town with several supermarkets to pick up groceries; Woolworths is excellent. And the town is nicely located on the coast for easy access to both east and west coast resorts - and Cape of Good hope, too. Excellent coast path enables you to walk to other beaches - my wife and I walked to Muizenberg, a very enjoyable stretch!

Great place for a short holiday.
Great place for a short holiday. Very central and easy access to the beach. Great beach for swimming, and exploring tidal pools. Great for walking and hanging out. Many lovely small coffee shops and restaurants in walking distance from the beach. Feels very safe and clean when walking around town and streets.

everything in this Villa goes well beyond my expectations. Such a beautiful view from the balcony, who could resist having your first cup sitting on the balcony, no matter how cold it was. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend Sea Sands over and over again to family and friends. it was the best time we spent with family in Cape Town

The host was an absolute sweetheart, super helpful and really made it feel like a home away from home. It was so calm and the perfect getaway for my partner and I.
Everything was neat and orderly and a definite great contrast compared to other guesthouses ive stayed in. Close to Kalk bay and Fish hoek beach, fresh air and close to all stores.
