The home has four bedrooms, The two bedrooms upstairs have double beds and ensuite bathrooms. The two bedrooms downstairs each have two single beds. The bathroom opposite these bedrooms contains a bath and shower and toilet. The upstairs floor has a sunny lounge area (with a lovely sea view) and a kitchenette. The downstairs floor has the extensive family space (lounge, dining room, kitchen and scullery) where meals can be prepared and enjoyed. There is parking space for at least two vehicles. This is offroad and behind a gate. The house has an indoor as well as an outdoor alarm system, and a security company responds to a triggered alarm.
