This spacious smoke-free 1 bdrm deluxe apartment is located in the Cape Royale complex. Breakfast, lunch & suppers, are available at various ground-floor restaurants, and payable on-site at any of the five different cafes. Enjoy several shops such as Woolworths and Vida E, which are all located within walking distance. The Sea Point Promenade, V&A Waterfront, and City Center are all within a 1 - 2 minute drive away. This accommodation is great for 2 adults. Enjoy the spa and free rooftop pool at Cape Royale. Upon entering this beautifully decorated apartment with its welcoming color scheme, you will be welcomed to a bright and sunny lounge and kitchen. The lounge leads into a spacious and luxurious bedroom and bathroom. Enjoy a peaceful rest in this top-class luxury bed. The total area is a spacious 72 square meters.
