A renovated , modern classic home which offers easy and comfortable living.
I am an avid foodie, bridge player , dog lover and homemaker who enjoys entertaining and being surrounded by simple , yet beautiful things.
Even though we are in the middle of a busy, upmarket suburb , our cul de sac is extremely quiet, surrounded by beautiful old trees. We are close to beautiful walks in Kirstenbosch, Ceceila and Newlands forests - and the Constantia wine routes and close to some excellent restaurants , both fine dining and casual. We have a good balance of surburbia and country .
