The magnificent views over the ocean from my property give a peaceful , relaxing, holiday feeling to all my guests. It is very centrally located for all sightseeing. Within 5 minutes walking distance to the train station, to the supermarket, liquor store and shops and all restaurants and the beach. All you hear at night is the sound of the waves as the neighbourhood is extremely quiet. Very safe as I am situated next door to the police station and I have a security guard right in front of my house all night from 6 pm - 6 am . There is also a security guard in front of my house for the magistrate’s court. There is also a security camera right in front of my house so very safe for all guests to park right in front of the white wall in front of my house. Please note that there are stairs so it is not suitable for people with severe mobility problems. However the stunning views overlooking the ocean justify the stairs and you wouldn’t have such a view without the stairs. My guests always comment on the magnificent views. Brand new TV boxes installed in all the apartments with access to multiple TV channels from all over the world, to new box office movies and TV series and to youtube channels on the Smart TVs.
have lived in Cape Town at this property for over 27 years and very much enjoy hosting and meeting different guests.
My neighborhood is very safe, we are next door to the police station and courthouse and it is in a cul de sac road and I have a security guard in front of my house from 6 pm - 6 am. There is also a security guard in front of the Magistrates’ Court in front of my property.
