Property info

The central location makes it walking distance to shops and amenities but the spectacular views of the mountains, river, lagoon, ocean and beaches are what makes this the ideal place to relax and unwind, with a pool to cool off and a large patio for outside living with our amazing South African climate. No LOADSHEDDING!!!!

Neighborhood info

We are situated on the outskirts of town and in a quiet tranquil corner, with little traffic. We have not encountered much criminal activity and we are down the road from the police station, with regular patrols going past.
