Over the last 20 years, Muizenberg has experienced an immense flock of people to the area due to the upliftment of buildings and security in the area. It is home to the best learn-to-surf waves in South Africa and is well known for its friendly bohemian / surfer vibe and its restaurants, bars & shops that are all within walking distance.
