Beach Haven apartment is a very spacious 70 square metre self catering apartment. It is a separate unit of the Beach Haven Guest House situated in False Bay, an outdoor enthusiasts dream location. This newly renovated, open plan apartment is perfect for lone travellers, adventure seekers, or couples eager to wake up to breathtaking ocean views, enjoy morning swims or explore the Peninsula leading to Cape Point, visit the African penguins and the local cuisine at the many excellent restaurants. Glencairn beach is across the road, access is under the bridge or across the road. It offers a tidal pool, good surfing and swimming and very popular among kite surfers. Access to the apartment is via the back of the main property, up a few stairs, leading to an outdoor deck area, a private space with barbecue facilities. A well equipped kitchen with microwave, two plate ceramic hob, and all necessary appliances is provided. The bedroom, lounge, dinning area and dressing room areas are open plan. The bed is a double bed with superior cotton linen. A separate large bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and basin leads off the main room. And of course the breathtaking ocean and mountain view’s are enjoyed through the two large, glass sliding doors that allow the sea breeze in. There’s an outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach. Glencairn road, where the property is situated is a cul de sac with 3 restaurants, a hotel, two bars, a yoga centre and a surf shop all within a few paces away. Note: stays longer than 7 days will be charged a cleaning fee of R350 a week or part thereof. This must be settled in cash. There is a cash refundable deposit required upon arrival for breakages or damages of R3000.
