Our recently renovated, spacious, slice of the Cape Peninsula is a stone's thrown away from Muizenberg beach with panoramic views of the mountains . Perfect for families, surfers, hikers, nature lovers and those who simply want to spend time in the cultural hub of Muizies . In winter, we get heaps of sun on our north facing home - so avoid the long, cold, shadow of the mountains. Damage Protection This property is protected by LekkerGuest, our guest verification and damage protection partner. After the booking is confirmed, guests will receive a link to complete a quick verification and must choose one of the following options: Option 1 - Security Deposit: A fully REFUNDABLE R2000 hold (a service fee of R47 is charged). Option 2 - Damage Waiver: A NON-REFUNDABLE R400 fee providing R5000 in ACCIDENTAL damage cover.
