Beachfront modern stylish centrally located apartment . Fully renovated. Big open plan kitchen/ lounge with sea and mountain views. 75 inch TV with free Wifi, Netflix and local DSTV channels including sport. Queen size beds in 2 bigger bedooms - one with ensuite bathroom. Second common bathroom. Additional bedroom with 2 single beds. UPS Battery power fitted incase of power outage. Balcony with gas grill and unrestricted views of table mountain, ocean and island. Sea views from all rooms. Next to many popular pubs and trendy restaurants. This property is located opposite the Red bull king of the air kiteboarding venue and offers facilities for kite surfers to wash down and a garage to store their equipment.
As the host, we will be ailable by phone, Whatsup or email. Can provide information about local tourist sites.
Popular restaurants and pubs in walking distance. Petrol station and shops near to property. Apartment next to beachfront in full view of the annual red bull king of the air, kitesurfing competition in November / December. Car garage and parking available in fenced in property. My city bus stops close by. Good access roads to all major Cape Town sight seeing venues including Kirstenbosch, Waterfront, wine farms and Tablemountain. Long walkways and beaches along the coast.
