Black & White Guest House is well situated close to universities like UWC, CPUT and Stellenbosch Tygerberg Campus. We are about 20 to 25KMs to Cape Town CBD, Table Mountain, the Waterfront and other attractions. Each room offers guests a private bathroom. We are located in a residential area and so do not allow parties and events, music and loud talking that will disturb other guests or neighbours. We do not allow smoking in the rooms but there are smoking areas outside.

The neighbourhood is safe and the house is close to shops and amenities. Close to Canal Walk, Grand West Casino, various universities and hospitals.
