The balcony features small open spaces between the railing and building pillars. For safety reasons, children must be supervised at all times when using the balcony area. Please note that this property is located on the third floor and is accessible via stairs only, as there is no elevator. For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in. Please note that air conditioning is available in the lounge area only. A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion. Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a modest reimbursement may be requested. A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals after 21:00, payable in cash directly to your property manager upon arrival.
