The magnificent north facing villa set on landscaped wonderful garden with sun splashed swimming pool offers oodles of accommodation also for bigger families up to 8 people. Situated in a peaceful neighborhood surrounded by nice family homes and lush gardens in the heart of Tokay, one of the most beautiful suburbs of Cape Town in the middle of the leafy Constantia Valley with its world-famous Wine Estates. This holiday home offers 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a study including a comfortable bed for a 5. adult person (or 2 children) on the first floor. Third bedroom with sofa-bed on the second (no extra bathroom). Save parking available under carport, as well as lots of space for guest parking off street. The gorgeous solar-heated swimming pool is the absolute highlight of a wonderful garden which includes entertainment area, barbeque and beautiful flowerbeds. The villa is the perfect destination for golfers as it is in direct proximity to the Golf Estates of Steenberg (1km) and West Lake (3km).
