Enjoy a comfortable stay in our cosy & tastefully decorated cottage Located in a quiet & rural setting (private access) .. Solar with backup power for loadshedding; fast WiFi.. Comfortably sleeps 2 (with 2 children - sofa bed) .. Access to our salt water pool & a large, peaceful garden.. Constantia is a leafy suburb of Cape Town, surrounded by beautiful & historic wine estates, peaceful walks in the mountains & vineyards Centrally located to visit many areas Cape Town .. Open plan layout, bedroom separate, no door between bedroom & kitchen / living room .. Off street parking, electric fence and cameras on property .. Family home swimming pool, fountain & pond - No safety net or fencing .. Bed - Queen size extra length 100% percale cotton Electric blanket / hot water bottles provided .. We have 2 very friendly dogs on the property who may occasionally say hello .. The swimming pool is located on the other side of our main house; the cottage does not look on to the pool. As we live on the property, you would be sharing the pool and garden areas with our family & other guests
Welcome to our home, we look forward to hosting you. We are a family of 5. We enjoy the outdoors, and love to cook & garden.
We are situated within easy access to the M3 freeway, very close (aprox 5 mins drive) to all Constantia Valley Wine Estates. Constantia Village offers supermarkets (Woolworths, PnP, Spar), Clicks Pharmacy, Post office and many other shops & restaurants. We are close to a large variety of restaurants and vineyards and are surrounded by nature. You can take relaxing & beautiful walks from us, through Groot Constantia vineyards. Constantia Village shopping centre is 5 mins drive; Waterfront - 25 mins drive.
