Lovely 1 bedroom apartment with open plan kitchen and tv/sitting room. Private outside area with dining and braai. Secure parking on property. Smoking allowed outside. 400 m (2 blocks) from the beach. Half hour from Cape Town and Stellenbosch. Ideal for holidays and work trips. Lots of restaurants and pubs close on Beach road. Walking distance from shops.
