* NO LOAD SHEDDING * 2 bedroom apartment located in the heart of the city, with gym and free, secure parking. 5 minute walking distance to central train station, and the famous Long St with plenty of restaurants bars and nightlife! The apartment is perfect for a couple with kids or two friends sharing, as the one bedroom is an open mezzanine level as per photos. Mutual heights was constructed in 1939 and is one of the finest art deco examples of architecture in Cape Town! The building is actually currently a tourist destination stop, and photographed daily! Other things to note: The apartment is very cosy but unfortunately does not have views of the city, the windows face another building. The space is perfect however for anyone who will be out during the daytime and on the move in the busy city!

We are a married couple living in the northern suburbs of Cape Town, we love the Nature and the wide range of outdoor activities the Mother City has to offer.
