A beautiful beach front villa with lovely ocean views and easy access via a communal pathway to the golden sands of Keurbooms beach. The spacious and airy living rooms are open plan and tastefully furnished. On one side, the living area opens up to an ocean-facing patio, where a morning cup of coffee can be enjoyed while listening to the sound of the ocean. On the other side, a second patio overlooks the lush fynbos forest, providing a perfect setting for afternoon sundowners and barbeques surrounded by the natural beauty of the forest. Two lounge areas provide a comfortable space to relax, either in the TV lounge or in front of the wood burning fireplace. The kitchen is well equipped and leads out to the patio and barbeque area which makes entertaining a breeze. There are two bedrooms on this level, both leading out to a patio. Upstairs are another two bedrooms, including the spacious master bedroom. This villa is perfectly situated on the beach to watch dolphins and whales passing and to enjoy long walks on Keurbooms beach which stretches for miles. There is a communal pool in the estate and a communal pathway which leads onto Keurbooms Beach. This property sleeps a maximum of 8 people, including children and babies. Payment for the booking is via EFT and there is a refundable breakage deposit of R10000 with is collected via EFT. Please note that this property has stairs and balconies which may not be suitable for small children.
