130 square metres exclusively for your use. Secure behind gate parking. Wi-fi 100/50. One modem in downstairs bedroom and one upstairs. Desks to work in every room. Common round table for family or business chats. Ideal for a group of business people. Very quiet and peaceful. Close to Durbanville Medi-Clinic, Die Boer, University Stellenbosch Business School, Tygervalley Shopping Centre and around 2km from Durbanville pre-primary/primary, Durbanville High School and Fairmont High School The property can accommodate families with the children's room next to the lounge/TV area and the main bedroom downstairs.

We as hosts have traveled extensively to more than 44 countries, so know what guests value most. We enjoy meeting new people, but equally are always excited when guests return for multiple stays.

This is a safe suburb, close to a myriad of quality wine farms. Durbanville Primary and High School are both less than 1km away, as is Durbanville Medi-Clinic. We are close to major shopping malls in the northern suburbs and some major businesses, both locally and nationally.
