First floor self catering apartment with spectacular views of Table Mountain, the Ocean, Flamingo Vlei. A Open-Plan Lounge and Kitchen featuring a smart TV, a couch and a sleeper couch where kids can sleep. Ceiling fan and heater provided. The Kitchen is equipped for your cooking needs and has a fridge, freezer, microwave and washing machine. A Queen sized bed in the bedroom with a dressing table. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower. Soak in the views and sunsets on the balcony while you braai/BBQ (Only charcoal- no wood fires permitted) Free WIFI, Smoking only permitted on the balcony. The property is suitable for two adults. Kids can sleep on the sleeper couch (free of charge) The apartment has it's own, separate entrance and is built on top of the garage of the hosts house. Shaded parking available under the tree, in front of the house. Close to all amenities, convenience and grocery stores. A mere 5 min drive to the iconic Blouberg beach front with various restaurants and bars.
