Our one-bedroom apartments, with original Oregon floors, high ceilings, and charming sash windows, offers a unique blend of heritage and modern comfort. The property is over 100 years old so expect floors which slope, sash windows that may be a bit squeeky, and more which all adds to the character. Just steps away is the popular Four-and-Twenty cafe, where you can savor delicious breakfasts and artisanal coffees. The neighborhood is a haven for design enthusiasts, with an array of decor shops. Please be aware that whilst it has a village atmosphere, there is a fairly busy road close by so there is some traffic noise during the day. Once inside though, due to very thick walls, it is quiet. There are lovely outdoor patios with a barbecue facility available. Please also be aware that whilst your cottage is of a comfortable size, and for your private use, there is another cottage on the property as well as a workspace on the top floor so there will be other people on the property during your stay.

Close to the popular Constantia Wine Route and award winning vineyards such as Buitenverwachting (offering wonderful picnics on their lawns whilst wine tasting), Eagle's Nest and Klein Constantia. Only 15 min drive to the most beautiful beaches. 14 Km from City Centre/ the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront/ Cape Town International Convention Centre 4km from Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens 3Km from large shopping centres in Claremont and Constantia which have the large stores, food and clothing.
