We have an on-site Hydro-Spa with Packages to suit any budget with massage, psychic readings, energy work, chakra balancing, journey work, regression and life coaching also available. Please ask about our specials, like the Mini-Spa Couples Special - three treatments for two people only R999! Book early! VIP 1 is an EXTRA large STUDIO with 1 King bed and 1 futon couch queen bed. Sleeps 2 Max. VIP 2 is an EXTRA large STUDIO with 1 King bed and 2 three-quarter beds. Sleeps 4 Max. STUDIO 2 is a small room with a queen bed. Sleeps 2 Max. Note that there is no basin in the ensuite. Located in the quiet, upscale suburb of Sunset Beach, Gaia Guest House and Healing Hydro is central to Cape Town, the northern suburbs and all points along the west coast. We are a very short walk to the beach and shops, with a Woolworths, a pharmacy, a bottle store, a coffee shop, a Greek Deli, a hairdresser, a biltong shop, a licensed restaurant, two pizzarias, burgers and a 24 shop and petrol station. Please note that Gaia Hydro-Spa and Guest House is a healing centre, and as a result does not allow parties or large gatherings. Excessive noise will not be allowed at any time, and quiet hours are strictly enforced. We do not allow outside guests.

Perfectly located to the City Center, the northern suburbs, and destinations all over Cape Town, the Western Cape and beaches from Milnerton to Melkbos, Sunset Beach is upscale, peaceful, quiet and convenient. It is directly on the Atlantic Ocean set off in its own quiet conclave with limited access and top security. Its beaches are semi-private, sandy and perfect for long walks, surfing and kite boarding. Sunset Beach has its own shopping centre (a ten minute walk from Gaia Guesthouse), which offers a Pharmacy, a Woolworths food store, a coffee shop, a hair salon, a sit-down restaurant, two pizzarias, a biltong shop, a hair salon, and a 24-hour petrol (gas) station with groceries, a bakery and a Steers burger restaurant, and more all within a short walk! Sunset Beach has its own My City bus stop and is convenient to other services, shops, dining and activities in Milnerton, Table View and the West Coast.
