This cozy two-room garden cottage is situated in the peaceful, upmarket suburb of Loevenstein. Perfect for visiting students or business travelers. The main room has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second room is furnished with a daybed, Smart TV, fridge, and microwave. Ideally located with easy access to the N1, Stellenbosh Business School, and Bellville Golf Club. Only 10km from the airport, 20km from Cape Town, and a 10min walk to Woolworths, Pick & Pay, and restaurants.
I always try my best to meet and welcome my guests in person to hand over their key, introduce them to the space and answer any questions they may have.
The peaceful, lush neighborhood of Loevenstein is centrally located with quick access to the N1. It's close to Tygerberg Nature Reserve, The University of Stellenbosch Business School, Bellville Golf Club, Hospitals, Tygervalley Centre and walking distance from Woolworth's and Pick n Pay. Street parking is available.
