Clean neat and tidy, recently renovated, a quiet space and area. This is a private space, only parking area and some pathway are shared by another single unit. Outside garden area with some seating. Opposite the property is Nirvana Park. Please note the address as 9 Nirvana Way Constantia..
I have been hosting since 2016...we continue to improve and maintain the property.
The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. Although the property backs onto a road, the area and neighborhood is very quiet and still especially after 8pm and non windy days. We are mostly shelted from the summer winds and we are opposite Nirvana Park which is directly behind Constantia village. Walking distance to Constantia village as well as various green belts. We are centrally located for many destinations including beaches, mountain hikes and Constantia wine estates and parks.
