This light and bright beach holiday home offers relaxed seaside living just a 5 minute walk from the golden sands of Keurbooms Beach and Enrico’s restaurant. The living areas are open plan and the cosy and comfortable lounge flows effortlessly onto a lovely patio, the perfect spot to enjoy al fresco dining at the outdoor table while soaking up the salty breeze and admiring the sea view. The kitchen is fully equipped and connects to the dining area, perfect for family meals or casual entertaining. There are three well-furnished bedrooms, the serene master bedroom has a spectacular ocean view and one of the bedrooms is a bunk room which is ideal for children. The bathrooms are modern and newly renovated. The back of the house flows into a shady courtyard, fynbos garden and braai area, offering another beautiful space to relax in. This home is a welcoming space to kick off your shoes and relax, enjoy long beach walks and the natural beauty that Keurbooms has to offer. Please note that the driveway is very steep and therefore only suitable for vehicles that can navigate steep driveways, in addition it is steep when one walks up or down the drive. A wooden staircase provides alternative access up and down the driveway. This property is not equipped with backup power, however there is a gas stove, rechargeable lamps and a basic UPS. There is a refundable breakage deposit of R5000 which is collected via bank transfer. A refundable breakage deposit of R10 000 is required during Peak Season. This property sleeps a maximum of 8 people including children and babies. DSTV, Netflix and Disney are available for streaming. Tenants to use own log in details.
