Dis naby verskeie winkels, winkel komplekse, resturante en hooftoegangspaaie. Die kothuis beskik oor 3 slaapkamers e het 4 enkel beddens en 1 dubbelbed. Die badkamer het 'n stort, toilet en wasbak. Die oopplan-kombuis i toegerus met 'n stoof, oond, yskas-vrieskas, airfryer, tee- en koffiemaak geriewe, eetgerei en breekware. Let wel:- Geen partykies van enige aard en geen besoekers word toegelaat nie. Bellville is sowat 30 minute se ry vanaf Kaapstad/Strand/Blouberg en 20 miute se ry van die lughawe
