Designed to cater for tourists as well as business executives, La Rose is an diverse blend of French, Indian, Cape Malay and African influences, where old world and modern embrace. La Rose is a home away from home. It is centrally located close to Table Mountain, and within walking distance from the V&A Waterfront, city center, CTICC and trendy restaurants. Each room with attached bathroom is unique and stylishly decorated with pieces of art which reflect the colorful Bo'Kaap and South Africa. A buffet breakfast is served in the atrium where you can enjoy meeting and chatting to other visitors from around the world!

Neighborhood info

The Historical Bo'Kaap also known as the Cape Malay quarters is recognised for being the only original settlement where Apartheid was never able to enforce forced removals making it, one of the richest historical sites in Cape Town. Characterised by it's brightly coloured homes and cobble streets, you can buy anything from Indian spices, to traditional Cape Malay food as well as funky African art and craft, and is now a favoured destination for film and advertising shoots. It's a must to visit and stay in. Experience the joy of visiting Cape Town by foot without having to worry about transport and parking!
