We love having guests in our beautiful part of the world, and as animals are so close to our heart, your pets are welcome too !! Having helped rescue animals for the last 12 years is one of my special passions !!

Property info

The location of this property is outstanding !!! Cross the road and a few houses down, there is a path to the beach. This small by is called SandBay and is a quieter piece of heaven. The house is also close to all restaurants and shops, and the fact that the house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with a lovely step area with a braai area is unique. A closed yard means that fur babies are welcome too !!! Plenty of place within the yard to park all your vehicles and your boat/trailer !! so much for so little !!! Unbelievable !!!

Neighborhood info

This home is situated in the older part of Langebaan near the yacht club, and the area is quiet and safe. Denly park is on the corner, and free for all guests to use. There is also a lovely family market held there on every last Saturday of the month which is lots of fun. Shops and restaurants , and the main beach are all in walking distance.
