LRN Brackenfell Homestay is a peaceful and quiet self-catering facility that is situated just 500meters from Brackenfell Business Centre.We are conveniently located just a walkable distance to all transport facilities . We offer our guests sparkling clean spacious rooms at affordable rates. Our guests have access to free unlimited Wi-Fi , a room fridge , room microwave , fan and we have a garden with koi fish. There is private parking space. We offer spotless bedding and towels . We are situated approximately 25 km from the Cape town International Airport,37km from Table mountain , 29km from CTICC, 30km from Robben Island , 32 km from Victoria and Alfred Waterfront, 27km from Chapmans Peak Drive , 39 km from the Signal Hill , 21km from Canal Walk Shopping Center , 13 km from Polkadraai Strawberry farm , 32 km from Strand Beach , 27 km from Drakenstein Lion Park, 22km from Stellenbosch University. Please note that our bathrooms are shared .

Our neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. We have an active neighborhood watch which patrols the area at night. We are just a 5minutes walk from Brackenfell CBD ,PnP Hyper , Checkers Hyper and the fast foods outlets. We are closely located to N1, R300 and Bottelary Rd (M23). We are located close to public transport and a stone throw away from Brackenfell train station .We are 22kms away from Stellenbosch, 12 km away from University of Western Cape and Cape Peninsula University of Technology. We are located about 30km away from the Cape Town CBD.
