Safe and secure, a casual minute stroll to the beachfront is safe, all hours of the day whether that be early morning, afternoon or evening. The building is situated in the perfect location between the main road yet far enough you won't hear it and the beachfront and so peace and quiet is permanent yet close enough to get to within a minute. Blouberg has arguably the best view in the world.
