Please note this is a studio apartment, the bedroom is not separate from the rest of the apartment. It has all amenities for a comprehensive and comfortable stay, even though it is compact. The pool is Shared with the family, but there is a separate braai and seating area as well as a small work station . Although it does not have a waterside view, The apartment is a one minute walk from the waters edge, allowing beautiful mountain and lakeside views any time.

The beautiful Marina is a one minute stroll away where you can see the wonderful bird life, the waterside and Mountain View’s and stroll the two km to the iconic muizenberg beach, a surfers paradise. Kalk bay, fishoek and Simon’s town all are accessible by train car or a leisurely walk , and the fabulous capetown cbd a twenty to thirty minute uber or a train ride away. Away. The southern suburbs location of the property make it ideal to access everything caoetwin has to offer from nature, hiking, music, wine trails, culture and city events and entertainment.
