Chic and modern NYC loft style house with amazing design features. Sliding glass doors open right onto your private pool! High ceilings and exposed brick make the space bright and airy. Ascend the spiralling staircase around your own indoor palm tree to the 3 bedrooms, office & 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has its own private patio w/ a bathtub overlooking the ocean. Views for days from the bed or tub! Open plan kitchen, dinning room & living room area. Parking is in driveway but not gated.
Scott Estate in Hout Bay. Safe area, with additional neighborhood watch services and community surveillance network. Safe and secure street parking. Uber is available or renting a car is a good option.
