Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Modern, stylish apartment with access to large wooden jetty on waters edge, with a fireplace. The treehouse access leads to amazing views! You will be frequently visited by abundant birdlife like Pelicans and Flamingo's. Enjoy sun-downers overlooking the lake Zeekoevlei, which forms part of the False Bay Nature Reserve.
The kitchen is fully equipped with ALL amenities and to ensure a great rest, we have a comfy Queen size EXTRA length bed.
The newly added aircon will ensure that those hot afternoons are changed to a cool experience and in winter the new fireplace will ensure that your stay is in a hearty and warm premises.
Let me share some additional latest facts so that you know what to expect ... We live on the beautiful banks of Zeekoevlei with its abundant wildlife that roam our lawns with our Jack Russels. Note that the City releases 30 percent of the water of the Lake for maintenance from the 27th April and therefore the water recedes from our banks until the middle of July
The views from the treehouse is still spectacular with loads of birdlife especially as the Flamingo's return as the water levels drop.
PLEASE NOTE: No additional guests are allowed on the property as we live here as well..... no exceptions to this simple rule ......

Retired and very proud to share all info on the area. I understand the area and have a vast amount of information that will make your stay unique and very relaxing. For those more adventurous, activities like sailing, kayaking and rowing can be arranged on site.
Note that we have 3 lovable Jack Russel dogs on premises
A lovely, friendly and generally very quiet neighborhood situated in a Nature Reserve with abundant wildlife. Cape Town is full of excellent restaurants and we can recommend some which are about 15-20 minutes drive away. There are also a Spar and a Pick and Pay supermarket about 3 minutes driving distance for convenient grocery shopping. If you have used an Uber to our home, no issue in taking you to these stores when needed.....
For additional peace of mind, the area is patrolled by a 24-hour security bicycle patrol.
