Set on South Africa’s wild West Coast, in the authentic fishing village of Paternoster, these exquisite cottages are located right on the beach. Each cottage at Nieuview Cottages 1 and 2 features a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and a lounge with a satellite TV. They each have a private bathroom and a free-standing bath in the bedroom. One-Bedroom House and Two-Bedroom House boast sea views. Each of the cottages is fully serviced and flooded with natural light. Soak up the sun on the patio or take a romantic stroll along the beach. Maritime touches and warm colors complement every room’s welcoming atmosphere. Nieuview had been designed to fit in with the look and the feel of the fisherman's village of Paternoster. From the outside, it looks like a fisherman's house - small windows, blue shutters, chimney window, thatch roof... But when you open the front door - you are in another world of luxury, the most beautiful sea views, interior design create an atmosphere of relaxation, rest, peacefulness ..... Each window is designed in such a way that is forms a unique, ever changing, living picture. It is amazing that although there are three cottages, there are very private and quiet. Even when relaxing on your own private veranda, you don't see the other guests. Nieuview is really a wonderful design and the only one of its kind. Nieuview Cottages 1 and 2 boast the most amazing sea view and Nieuview 3 provides privacy for honeymooners, anniversaries, etc.

On the Cape West Coast of South Africa, between 145–160 km north from Cape Town, lies the beautiful fishing village of Paternoster – a little village rich in history, tradition and olden day charm. Paternoster is one of the last traditional fishing villages on the West Coast... most certainly the most romantic and peaceful place on this scenic and wonderful coastline. Paternoster is centrally situated on different routes on the Cape West Coast. It has beautiful beaches and an unspoiled countryside. The oldest fishing village on the West Coast, past and present meet in Paternoster. Life here is closely connected to the sea, with fishermen heading out in colourful traditional wooden boats (bakkies) to catch snoek in winter and crayfish in summer. Visitors can buy their fish fresh off the boats as they come in to shore. A historic and peaceful fishing village, it has the Columbine Nature Reserve with the well-known Tietiesbaai close to it. An ideal stop to sample typical West Coast seafood. During August and September the Spring flowers make their appearance, changing the landscape into a carpet of breathtaking flowers.
