Centrally located well kept building. The two bedroom apartment is located on the 3rd floor accessible via an elevator directly from your reserved parking bay in the basement. Ideal for families, couples or friends. It has a large balcony where you can enjoy drinks & dinner in the evening sun. The secure complex boasts a communal swimming pool & braai area. 800m to beaches, shops & restaurants. One free underground parking.

Hello, I am Vivian Ward. I have been managing my short term rentals for about 10 years now. I started in Johannesburg and moved to Plett in 2022. My passion is home interiors and I have fun decorating my places. I live in Plett very close to my rental apartment. I love travelling the world, I crochet to keep my hands busy and I generally live a good Plett life. I enjoy walking on our beautiful beaches and in our forests. I have a very large ginger cat called Humphrey and I just love him. It is most likely that Wade and I will be away during your stay but we have a local contact and we will be contactable on the phone if you need.

The fantastic thing is you can walk everywhere! We have a butcher and a bakery on the corner a 30 second walk from the apartment. The river and beach is around a 10-15 min walk away. From main beach you can enjoy a lovely walk all the way to Lookout beach enjoying the views and restaurants along the way. Main street is a little further but still do able around 25-30mins up the hill. We have recommended local restaurants and activities in our welcome pack. Walk, self drive, bike, scooter, taxi
