Perfect location for a romantic getaway, business trip or simply to rest and relax. Sunset Beach is a mere 150 m walk and perfect for a picnic, sunbathing, watching the sunset and overlooking the ocean and Table Mountain. For those who want to do some shopping, Canal Walk is 5 km away, V&A Waterfront and City Center 10 km, or Stellenbosch and Paarl 26 km. A selection of activities are offered in and around the area, such as golfing, beach walks, windsurfing, wine tasting, wild flower reserves and a variety of great restaurants. Cape Town International Airport is 16 km from the property. This property is also rated one of the best value in Cape Town.

SUNSET BEACH is a very peaceful area, 15 min from the V&A Waterfront this is the Hamptons of Cape Town. There are so many little bars, restaurants and places to explore close by and as we are on an Island, the community is small with very large home and friendly neighborhood. Our local OCEAN SQUARE with many restaurants and shops "Woolworths" within walking distance are charming and offer great choice of food, wines. UBER is also available in the area and My City Bus is only a few meters away. Sunset Beach is also the Kite surfer paradise and we have every years many amazing competitions....
